See what you actually keep
after Amazon fees.
Track sales, fees, refunds, inventory and net profit from one clear dashboard.
Seller Central connections Only useful operational data
The overview starts with €7,200 in sales, subtracts Amazon fees, refunds and product costs, then shows €2,180 in net profit.
More than a dashboard.
A clear next decision.
Fillify turns Amazon sales, costs, stock and finance events into small operational views you can understand at a glance.
Know what you actually keep
Sales, Amazon fees, refunds and COGS resolve into one usable net-profit view.
List your FBA stock on eBay. Amazon ships the orders.
Publish from inventory you already have; every eBay sale becomes an MCF order automatically, with stock kept in sync so you never oversell.
See exactly where the revenue went
Every deduction stays visible between gross sales and the amount that remains.
3 marketplaces connected
Compare markets without blending them
Revenue, order share and margin remain readable for each marketplace.
Open an order. Everything is there.
Gross sales, fees, refunds, COGS and reconciliation status sit on the same line.
Act only where something needs attention
Low stock, missing costs and finance gaps become a short, ranked action list.
Reorder before the stockout
Available units, inbound stock and days of cover make the next reorder obvious.
Keep each cost tied to its source
Supplier files and invoices remain attached to the products used in the profit calculation.
Data stays isolated inside this store
Switch stores without mixing data
Every marketplace stays inside the store context that authorized it.
Get back what Amazon owes you
Unreturned refunds, lost stock, inbound shortages and fee overcharges, with case text ready to paste.
Run every store and marketplace from one place.
Sellers authorize each Seller Central store directly. Select the marketplaces that belong to it, then work from a single operational view without blending accounts.

Do I need to give Fillify my Amazon API keys?
No. You authorize Fillify through Amazon's own Seller Central consent screen — the same flow Amazon uses for every third-party app. We never see a password or an API key; we only hold an encrypted token you can revoke from Amazon at any time.
Does Fillify write changes back to Amazon?
Only when you ask it to fulfil an eBay order: that creates an Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment order. Profit, orders, finance, recoveries and planning are read-only — Fillify never edits your prices, listings or refunds on Amazon.
Can I work across marketplaces and stores?
Yes. Connect as many Seller Central accounts as you run, in Europe, North America or Asia-Pacific. Every store keeps its own marketplaces, currency and data; switch between them from the sidebar without anything blending.
Where do product costs come from?
From you: upload a supplier cost sheet, a landed-cost sheet (freight, duty, prep) or an invoice in Source Hub, or receive a purchase order. Each cost stays tied to the file it came from, so every profit figure is traceable.
How are recoveries found?
After every sync Fillify compares refunds with customer returns, warehouse adjustments with reimbursements, inbound shipments with what Amazon received, and your FBA fees over time. You get a ranked list with case text ready to paste into Seller Central.
Are my Amazon and eBay tokens stored securely?
Yes. Refresh tokens are encrypted at rest and never sent to your browser — only the Fillify server holds them. No buyer names, addresses, emails or phone numbers are requested or stored.
